Practice hygiene: A necessity for the success of your dental treatment
For the safety of our patients and our own, we follow exceedingly high standards of hygiene at our practice.
For the success of dental treatments, exceedingly high standards of hygiene are an absolute must. We ensure that these high standards are kept at all times so that no germs can spread. To achieve this, we apply state-of-the-art, high-performance sterilisers when sterilising equipment used for treatments.
A major contributing factor to practice hygiene is the use of trays. A tray is a container, where instruments and other aids needed for a specific treatment can be placed and accessed easily by the dentist or dental hygienist during a treatment session. After each session, all trays – used or unused – are cleaned and sterilised. Trays are a hygienic alternative to the unhygienic method of storing equipment in drawers.
Hygiene rules and regulations are the subject of regular daily controls at our practice.
